For the last couple of weeks this is the type of salads I have been making - spinach, variety of lettuces (freshly picked from my planted pots), and the microgreens. I have also added Feta, cucumber, olives and mandarins to complete it.

NZ Spinach and Sorrel Ready to Pick

New Zealand Spinach and Sorrel are both new crops for me this year, and I'm pleasantly surprised how quickly they grow! They were both very easy to raise from seed too.

Needing rain

Well a few hot days...some of my coriander is bolting - had in under  plastic.Have eaten all our  Broad Beans .. . well not quiite ...froze 1.5kg. Have eaten a couple of small zucchini; some of them are going yellow at the flower end....
